Any how, the fic I'm searching, Gibbs notices that Tony withdraws and get a blank look on his face when he yells at him, this had to do with his father yelling at him as a child and as a way of coping with the yelling he withdrew in to himself, and therefore Gibbs starts with the headslap. I think the Tony's coach in collage had notices the same thing.

Also, Christmas bugs are HI-larious when they try to climb up walls, end up flailing around on their backs only to get up again and try it again. Their tiny legs up in the air! ZOMG! Poor, buzzy, insane creatures. Except when they attack. Then they are not poor, just buzzy and insane and like yoyo's on crack without strings to limit where they can go.

Hi everyone. I'm new (to several Castle communities) and I bring some rather rushed fan art. Rushed, because I read HEAT WAVE (or rather, listened to it) and had to get this down, so it's very sloppy and amateurish. It's also heavily spoilery.
Also, it may end up being the first in a series of these pics, it all depends on the feedback, if any.
If you've read HEAT WAVE, you know which scene I mean, but for now, it's only the scene that leads to that one. I've drawn this in the form of a graphic novel, sort of, and this initial vignette has no dialogue. Well...you'll see, but again, TOTALLY SPOILERIFFIC FOR HEAT WAVE. Click at your own risk.

I tried this awhile ago, and I am hoping someone has run across this fic in the last couple months. It's a rather unusual premise, but I would really like to re read it. It may have been/be a WIP.
Tony is in a relationship with a OMC naval officer, possibly a Captain. The guy was involved in special ops or something similar - he may have been on a SEAL team. Unfortunately, the guy was killed in the Middle East, and the story sort of revolves around the team finding out about Tony's partner, the house they shared etc. There is a mantle with what the author called something similar to, "the usual family at home wall" or something with that sense that had pictures on the mantle, and the flag from the funeral.
I really hope someone is familiar with this fic, as I remember it decently, but have been trying to track it down for months.
